I'm sure those kids were citizens. My problem is not with their citizenry. My problem is with Somalis being pricks.

Thank-you for making a blanket general statement about an entire ethnic group.
And yes your problem is with their citizenship. You were saying they are not black Americans, when clearly they are black and citizens of America. Stop making racial stereotypes, and derogatory comments about these little kids. At least do it as stormfront if you can't resist.

From the video info: ***NOTE*** The Minneapolis Police Department has contacted me to let me know that the two guys in the video who look like police officers are NOT police officers and were in fact private security for the apartment building we were walking next to.

Absolutely. There is much evidence to support this. IQ has been studied and researched for many years by many different people. There is no dispute about this. There are, however, a lot of 'knee-jerk' reactions you will hear disputing this. But the only legitimate disputes I've heard have to do with what the reason or cause of this may be.

Y'know, I actually read the book you're referring to. One of the central theses of the book is that *GDP is a strong factor in IQ*. Put plainly, that means that poor people are not doing as well on IQ tests because of being poor - not because of race. Have you even skimmed the book? Can you name some of the fairly standard and mainstream criticisms of their methodology?
I'm stunned. The book is paternalistic, and the "science" is arguable, but to refer to this book 3rd hand via another Internet forum is just beyond.
I think folks keep asking you for links because of the laughably poor quality of the sources you provide.
I'm done. I'm just getting irritated for no good reason. As always, you have the right to your opinions.

Well you're making my point. There is little dispute about the fact that a gap exists. The disputes are over what the cause of the gap may be.
IQ is the single most accurate predictor of success in life and on the job. This is based on years of study. The studies are not limited to the poor. People with average IQs tend to have average success. Those with a high IQ tend to do much better.
I don't understand how you could think that for some reason the poor would fall outside of these findings. High IQ people tend to do well in life, average IQ people have average success. Yet you say that people who live in poverty are poor because of reasons that have nothing to do with IQ.
I'm not just talking about race here. You seem to be saying that you think the folks who live in poverty, Black and White, have the same IQ distribution as a group of doctors, lawyers and corporate executives. You seem to think that if only the reason for their poverty could be removed, there would be just as many physicians, lawyers and executive among the poor.
I think that's ludicrous. I guess we'll just have to disagree on this one.

Stormfront wouldn't like me to much.....I'm bi-racial. Where did you read a statement from me about their citizenship?

Don't you think there's a big difference between "exercising one's freedom of speech" and the type of behavior undertaken by these "youths"? Harrassment is not protected speech!!
