News, Police use Taser on pastor after traffic stop
(CNN) -- Police in Texas used a Taser on a 42-year-old pastor and pepper spray to disperse members of his church after police said the pastor interfered with a traffic stop.
Jose Moran was arrested early Wednesday morning after interfering with the duties of a public servant in the parking lot of a Webster, Texas, building that is being remodeled for the Iglesias Profetica Peniel Church, Webster police said in a written statement.

i read the link--- the pastor pushed the officer and yelled at him (that is assault and battery) members of the church assisted in the attack. im sorry the pastor is not setting a very good example for the church and the taser and pepper spray were appropriate. do you honestly think a mexican cop would put up with this stuff i mean really?

What's your point? Are you saying a "Pastor" can do no wrong?

On the continuim of force, the taser comes right after verbal warnings. It beats the hell out of getting struck with a nightstick or expandable baton (ASP). The individual should have heeded the officers verbal orders to stay back and there would be no "incident".
The taser fires with two prongs to make the electrical connection, hence two marks.
