You're just a plain hater.
"Knew her stuff", LOL! Drill baby drill! Cheering for the "world champion Philadelphia Phillies" in Erie, PA and getting booed for it. (That was my fave, BTW.) If she "knew her stuff", she'd know those people are Pirates and Cleveland Indians fans.

Seems that way. There are many different issues that if you want to address one and are away from the board for a few hours or days, it's impossible to find it again.

I understand merging same topics but NOT same person/different issues. If someone doesn't want to 'wade through' different threads, they have the option of not doing so. If someone wants to discuss different topics, unless they have hours to 'wade through' the same thread, they don't have an option. Well, there is the option of not posting on C-D.

No. I get the impression that more people care about complaining about Palin than other real issues.

There are 600 more posts here than the sticky abortion thread.

The sheer number of posts here would explain that Palin is a very decisive figure.

Palin is a 'hot topic' across the country. If you see discussing her attributes or lack of attributes as complaining, you have the choice to not read the posts. Everytime she puts herself in front of the media with an new topic, we're going to discuss it. When she stops, we'll stop.

As far as the abortion thread goes, I only see the same agruments from both sides being posted and no new information being discussed.

'Decisive figure'? That's you're opinion. I see her more as an 'entertainment figure' who is taken seriously by the same people who think Paris Hilton is a good actor.

Default Democrats reject palling around with Sarah Palin

Democrats reject palling around with Sarah Palin

I think any Democrat seen with Sarah (I lie 4 Jesus) Palin would be political suicide.

Default I hear you.

I agree this thread has gotten extremely hard to follow. But, I would also say there aren't that many things to discuss about Palin. I will now start a new Palin thread of my own. It will provide fresh ground for new discussion. This one will be closed, but should you want to reference prior discussion, it will still be available for you to view. This seems to be the best way to help this situation. Give me 3 minutes and there will be a new Palin thread.
