Geez, let's see....the people of Alaska elected her as governor, her term to end in 2010, but she bails out--so she couldn't complete her mission.

Doesn't bode well for a run for the oval office. Good thing there wasn't a huge deposit involved.

But the good news is that she won't keep shooting herself in the foot until then...well, hopefully, anyway!
