Kennedy...40 years ago...He got drunk, left a woman in a car to drown, and went home to sleep it off, before calling the police.

The woman died because of this drunken creep. He killed her, no matter how you spin it..It does not matter how long ago it happpened..He's alive, and did not serve a day in jail.

He was responsible for the woman's death...
