I found a website that claims that the author of the book, "The Liberal Mind: The Psychological Causes of Political Madness" is indeed named Lyle Rossiter, JR., MD , and he also starts threads on CITY DATA with the screen name of ErikMartinsen. It seems he did not sell one copy so he tried to create interest in his lame book by pretending to be an interested reader starting a thread here. I provided the link below, it's a really busy website so if it doesn't direct you to it right away, just keep clicking, especially if you actually take the OP seriously just keep clicking away.
