I found this article through a friend on Facebook. It's an interesting story about how a group of black campers were forbidden to swim in the same pool as white people... in fact, they were asked to leave the private (yet open??) Swim Club.

The Pool had turned away other campers for the reason of overcrowding and supervision. Did you see the black member of the pool disputing the notion of racism at the pool?
I heard about this on the radio today. I was both appalled and ashamed.
Kids.. How can anyone hate kids who just want to have some clean honest fun going for swim in a pool they were invited to use?
I don't care what the race is kids are kids. Let them enjoy a smile and make some memories. Some people are ignorant beyond measure.
