This is the "act" that will hand over ownership of ALL water rights in the USA to the federal govt. From the pond in your backyard, to your rain barrell, to the drainage ditch down the road....the feds will OWN it all.

We need to protect what precious water we have left in this country from pollution.
To do otherwise is irresponsible! What is wrong with that?

I really don't think the feds will bother with your rain barrel, so relax.
