thefinal is reliably black-humored so to speak; sanrene does great research and has the courage of her convictions -- and I still remember her post about her horse ; frankie117 posts knowledgeable thoughtful opinions....lots of people.
as long as people arent on exclusively to be hateful (like those stormfront types) or to lie or attack, or lie or mislead in their thread titles, or dont provide backup for nutty claims, I dont mind and look forward to everyone's posts with interest.
when have I joked about anything? my ego really is this big. I have always enjoyed jabbing back and forth with you delusianne. I even recall agreeing with you at some point. it was during the fillmore adminstration when I was a registered whig. william henry harrison really screwed our party up.

I am in here for entertainment purposes only. I am serious probably 5% of the time while I am on here, and 4% of that time is spent in the sports or NC forums giving people honest advice. anger isn't really an emotion that plays well on the internet. plus, I am only 4ft 3 and 72 lbs. I also have acne and live in my parents basement.

Hehe! Thanks for the compliment Mule. Regarding the name, I decided that I wanted one that had more Pizzazz to it and anonymity. Folks in real life would say that Chatteress suits me better than Msconnie does
I find most of the people on this forum to be entertaining to debate and some on the right have taught me a few things and even changed my mind once or twice. Obviously, on some subjects they have strong views and discussions heat up occasionally, but they're good, thoughtful people for the most part. Besides, if there wasn't any passion the debate wouldn't be all that interesting.
That being said, here's my short list of a few honorable mentions who are funny at times and brilliant at times, but always worth engaging in conversation:
Curmudgeon
Greatday
Thefinalsay
Chorizo
Chatteress
Happytexan afoigrokerkok

I know, the wheezy bastard.
I did enjoy clinking our mugs of hard cider at his inauguration, though. Every time someone shouted "Tippecanoe" >glug glug glug< - remember?
