President Obama has been consistent on this and other issues. More than once during the debates he suggested that American citizens should be able to have an insurance pool available to them, as their elected representatives
have...along with the prerogative to remain with their current HCP if they're
satisfied with it.

I want IN into their plan! Obama did say that the people should be able to have the same kind of medical insurance coverage that Congress has.
