Wow, you've got issues. You linked a story from Yahoo News and then you turn around and say it was FOX news. You didn't like to FOX news and even if you did, your above link shows that another news source didn't mention race. You got a race problem? You racist or something?

Legally they cannot show the photos of juveniles unless they're being tried as an adult.

This has been a horrible year for children so far. I hope everyone in that house goes to jail. Whats sad is that they will probably have more children to neglect in the near future
