Secondly, BHO's StimBill didn't cost us much mroe than Bush43's StimBioll, or ahve you forgotten already.
Thirdly, what rational (or at least pretend to be rational)explination could there be to spend billions on an embassy, especially when our soldiers need armor, food and weapons?
