Well, in an extreme, or otherwise OBVIOUS example as the one you provided, yeah, saying something might be the wise choice. My point is, most people, unless seeing something OBVIOUS, have no idea what they are seeing. A good example of that is someone making a 911 call that will now result in a police officer and college prof having a beer with the president.....

So we should "mind our own business"?? Don't think that is a good idea..I would want someone making that call if they thought someone was breaking into my house. Even if it turned out to be me in the end...I think on balance, that more good comes out of people getitng involved than bad..

That is my original point. Look at this guy and say..I would never suspect. But then you never know. It's tough to tell the good guys from the bad guys.
