If you are being serious, then it would also make sense to go out and have as much condomless sex as possible with strangers. If you get a disease and it doesn't kill you, it's okay - it'll make you stronger.

A vaccination is a biological challenge (supposedly a controlled one).
An infection is a biological challenge (supposedly an uncontrolled one).
It used to be that the vaccination was a contrived challenge, while the infection was a genuine challenge.
