Four of the most powerful business leaders in America arrived at the
White House one day last month for lunch with President Barack Obama,
sitting down in his private dining room just steps from the Oval Office.

But even for powerful CEOs, there’s no such thing as a free lunch: White House staffers
collected credit card numbers for each executive and carefully billed them for the
cost of the important meal with the president.

Free lunch for these greedy CEOs is really paid for by us taxpayers. They can pay for their own lunch while they are trying to persuade the president to "stick it to the common laborers" some more!

I frnkly doubt that with 50% paying no income tax the word txapeyer means what it did also. I would bet their corporate taes paid for the entire lunch with serveral deacdes to spare.

obama and his cronies are certainly trying to convince us this actually means something. Smoke and mirrors, visuals and image.

Judging by your post that I have read from you in other threads you could start your own radio talk show with the likes of the other nuts on Right Wing Talk. You sure would have plenty of company.

So you think taxpayers should pay for the lunches of filthy rich CEOs? Maybe you can send a check yourself to pay for their lunch.

Well, at least it is symbolic....the CEO's surely all gave their businesses credit card numbers, or are planning on putting on their expense accounts anyway...so really it's not like they're personally paying for much...

It is the irony of the symbolism by obama.

He's going to make sure those CEO's pay for their own lunch at the WH (and make sure it gets out in the media) while he's spending like a drunken sailor.

And that's really all it is - another media gimmick.
