Just because Obama and the Democrats want to ration healthcare for people based on treatment decisions that factor in cost/number of years you are expected to live, doesn't mean the Republicans will actually do something about that slow generational genocide aspect of Obamacare should the GOP regain control of the House, Senate or Presidency, if Obamacare is passed.

Frankly, I haven't heard any GOP politician make a peep about what they would do to reverse that specific age discriminatory aspect of Obamacare. I just hear a lot of criticism and cost alternative plans from them.

We need to hold their feet to the fire, too. When you write to your Republican Senators and Representatives or you go to Town Hall Meetings with them, ask them specifically what they will do to reverse age discriminatory practices in healthcare if Obama's bill is passed and they regain control. I urge younger people who have life threatening illnesses or children with life threatening illnesses to do the same as the number of years you have left to live, as determined by some government guy, does not have to just be applied to older Americans.

And please, do the same with these new candidates running for office. We all had a lesson in change not being what it's cracked up to be. Don't make the mistake of replacing one misguided fool with another.

Remember "pre-existing conditions" in order to GET health insurance is not the same as getting equal treatment for pre-existing conditions.

Telling you they're not cutting your benefits based on your age is not the same as not cutting the quality of your treatment based on age.

You also might want to ask any politician what the US spends on medicine and treatment and preventative healthcare for non-Americans overseas and whether they have considered that in their cost-cutting.

1- They do? Provide link.
2- Does rationing happen today? No?
