Since the inauguration...

Taking a stand against Judge Sodomayor & judicial activism
Taking a stand against nationalized health care
Taking a stand against Congressional luxury jet purchases & wasteful spending
Taking a stand against government land seizures
Taking a stand against generational theft (i.e. democrat stimulus package)

McCain unfortunately wasn't the clear conservative choice, but he certainly was the clear BEST choice!

Not until he took a stand against incompetent VP candidates he wasn't.

Unfortunately you're right.

I don't like Obama's policies, but I'm also happy that the ditz is not one 72-year-old heartbeat away from the Oval Office.

There are many, many better Republican women McCain could have picked.

Just like his mom said I would, I held my nose and voted for him.

Do you think if the 2010 elections go well for non-democrats, more Independent and Republican candidates will run for President in 2012?

So, explain his humiliating defeat...

I think he is a decent guy, I think he would have made an okay president, but his vice president has had a break with reality. As long as she is the heart throb of the Republican leadership it's still going to be a big issue for that time, she shows the hypocrisy, hatred, and outright extremism I think is wrong in politics today.

We'll see how Obama does, it's only been 8 months and there will be people who hate him just because he exists. So I'll keep my own judgment of how he does to fix things and not listen to the hatred of the vocal minority.

Apparently more American citizens weren't educated on the true issues and bought into an Emmy-worthy "campaign".

I wonder what the percentage of those on welfare and currently receiving handouts was that voted for Obama? Has anyone done a study on that?

I was no fan of McCains but clearly he was the better man. What we got stuck with is a con that will never man up and will go through his presidency hiding behind a Bush.

Are you implying that they don't have a right to vote? Are you implying that money determines democracy?
