Maybe you're not getting the "concept" that a government option will drain the premiums from private insurers to the point of bankruptcy. Not a "tough concept" for most people to understand.

Obviously, Hawaii is doing something right. I don't know if you can compare the two states because Massachusetts has some of the nation's highest health costs and Hawaii has the lowest.
