So a mentally challenged person doesnt have the same rights as a "normal" one? They deserve less protection in the womb? How hypocritical! Spouting off that life is precious. Unless you are handicapped and may bear a cost to society! In that case throw your morality out the window and only worry about the bottom line! How utterly twisted!
