Obama slams TV over health care "ruckus"

Barack Obama Says Insurers Are Trying to Block Change

Barack Obama on Friday blamed headline-hungry television networks for enflaming an ugly backlash by foes of his top priority effort to offer health care to all Americans.

Barack Obama "Right now, doctors a lot of times are forced to make decisions based on the fee payment schedule that’s out there. So if they’re looking and you come in and you’ve got a bad sore throat or your child has a bad sore throat or has repeated sore throats, the doctor may look at the reimbursement system and say to himself, “You know what? I make a lot more money if I take this kid’s tonsils out.”

Barack Obama " Police acted stupidly"

WHOSE NEXT????....

When I don't know anything about someones source the next thing I look at is the advertisers. The Newt Gingrich Newsletter and Forex Gold Investments. Talk about playing to those who already have a garage full of assault rifles and ammo

What did he say that is untrue or false? I have NO doubt that doctors provide services that they know they will get the highest reimbursement on. Is there even a doubt about that? They have their own bills to pay as well (office overhead, malpractice insurance, etc.)

Good Lord. You need to set forth your special definition of "hate mongering." It appears to be very different from the dictionary's.

Certainly not the trial lawyers. They are all good and the source of prosperity in the US (at least for democratic politicians).
