The dnc has took the benchmark Republicans set for over the top behavior and annihilated it. I seriously cannot see any sort of victory with people like barny and nancy at the helm. The people (on both sides) need to look at what they are falling for and put an end to it. Sack every one of these freaks next election by voting for the challenger every time. That is the only way they will get the message. All those turds that have been "leading" this country for decades need to go out to pasture and bring all their young turds with them. That's really the only way this country is going to make any progress.
and if we don't, welcome to the civil war.
Yeah your post sounds great and all. But none of it would ever happen. I don't know what voting for a challenger every time would do, just seems like something you do just to do it. And civil war? Where did you get that from? America isn't going to be having a civil war any time soon, probably never again in fact. Its time you guys start thinking of some actual solutions, instead of just going off on rants like this guy and saying this person and that person suck and we should throw them out. It never ever works like that.

so there was a solution there? Why can't you vote everyone out to send a message? I would say that is one of the strongest messages the People could ever make. I never suggested we should constantly vote everyone out BTW. This was a one-time deal to let both sides know that they're idiots and they need to go away. The replacements will obviously see that they are on thin ice from the beginning and they need to actually work for the People. No more of this I'm above the law and I'll tell you what you need to think crap.
as far as the civil war, that's your opinion and I already stated mine. I can see it coming within a year easily.

I have seen hussein obama as an in-your-face liar from day one. yet the left would make excuses for his lies. Could it be true they are really readyto face the truth about hussein obama? I won't hold my breath.

I am with Lou Dobbs in his suggstion that everyone register as an Indenden so both the Republicans and Democrats do not believe they have a base that will support them no matter how much they lie.

The "base" just elected a liar. How will that make them stronger?

The bottom line is that both Republicans and Democrats are all liars. For crying out loud, they're politicians! I am glad to see that the Democrats are not just stooges for this administration. Real liberals are good for this country. And I mean REAL liberals, not the progressives.

Our government has become more and more criminal and corrupt over the years. If anyone is elected that is the least bit honest he is threatened and strong armed to vote along with the more powerful members.

he progressives are anything but progressive, they are regressive and work from below the belt. I am afaid the real liberals are sucked into the fray with the regressives because they are the most vocal.

Listen to this interview, along with candidate obama talking about Big Pharma and Billy Tauzin, the guy he just jumped into bed with. It is really amazing to hear in his campaign speeches all the complaints about big pharma, about how his admin is going to change things. And then the reality.

It appears some on the Left are not willing to sacrifice their integrity.

Even the host says what a good liar he is.

Must listen. He even uses the word "fascism".

Can any of the leftists tell us how they feel after listening to this tape, listening to obama talk about big pharma in the campaign compared to the reality of the deal he has struck with pharma?
I feel bad. Really bad. I understand that maybe he thought he could not take on Big Pharma and Big Insurance and Big Medicine (AMA) all at once. Unlike Bush he is not going to try to fight the whole Axis of Evil at once. So he chose Big Insurance since they are the Darth Vadar of the Axis of Evil here. BUt I really want to see ALL the Axis of Evil go down.

We said a vote for Obama was a vote for Bush.

I beg to differ. The Republicans do not lie. When the Republicans say they are going to do something, usually they do it. They promised tax cuts, they delivered. They promised No Child Left Behind, they delivered. They promised Medicare Part D, they delivered. They promised the "contract with America" and they delivered. They promised wars and they delivered.
They do not keep their word all the time but for the most part they walk lock step as a party and they say what they are going to do and they do what they say. It is just what they do is not good for the country for the most part. But you cannot accuse them of inaction. Tom DeLay did more in a month than Nancy Pelosi has done in a year.
As a liberal, what pises me off is the fact that we now have even better numbers than Tom DeLay had and we cannot get a friggin damn thing done. Everything that the Congress has touched has turned into a bloody damn mess.
