What do you think of people that hunt and fish for sport?
I don't hunt or fish but knew people who did. I never knew anyone though who tortured the animals or fish. Since these psychopaths get away with torturing and killing pets, there is no deterrent. Nothing to stop them.
I don't think so. I think he'll serve a jail sentence. But, like Michael Vick, it will be brief, and he'll be back on the street torturing animals in no time. That's what kills me about all the Vick supporters and their "he's paid his dues" rhetoric. They don't seem to "get" that someone who systematically tortures animals over a period of YEARS, and LAUGHS while doing it, is not someone who is "cured" by two years in jail. This is the behavior of a psychopath--completely lacking in empathy, filled with rage, and the need to dominate the helpless. Michael Vick will not stop torturing animals, any more than a pedophile will stop stalking children or a serial rapist will stop assaulting women. In fact, the probability of his escalating to violence against a human is actually quite high.
Let's just see how this plays out before branding Michael Vick some physcho animal molester.
I think the girlfriend must be implicated in this somehow. What do you think?
I feel bad for the cats, but what are we going to do? Spend tens of thousands of tax payer dollars to lock him up for years? Just fine him and be done with it if a psychologist thinks he is suitable for human co-habitability. If he is to dangerous for people to be around, well then lock him up.
I'm tired of paying for incarcerations of people for crimes that don't hurt any people.
