OMG!!! I've been corresponding with a Kenyan, too and he only wants $1k for his $1M winning lottery ticket. He can't collect because he only has a Hawiian birth certificate!! AND, he'll throw in a copy of his brother's birth certificate (Barack Hussein Obama) who was born in Kenyan on the same day!! They couldn't both be born in Hawaii because their mother only had enough money to pay for one plane ticket!
You can tell the birth certificate has Obama's footprint. It's black.
