It was not the liberals who run the state correction agencies that FAILED to report these people to the Social Security Administration as being incarcerated in prison. If they had, the cheques would not have been mailed to them. Some of them were incacerated within the 3 months that the cheques were sent. All of them should be told to pay the money back and, if it has been spent, take it from their prison allowance.

news flash, the federal government do not regulate state prisons. If those in charge did not notify social security in a timely fashion, explain how the government is suppose to know...oh wise and smart one
