Would that include the Brits pulling their troops out of Afghanistan so that more of our kids can get killed instead?

Continued silence from the Obama administration. It's not credible that Obama wasn't in on this. The Pan Am atrocity was major. The British government would not have gone ahead with this scheme without discussing it with the US. Obama should be exposed on this. This is big. There must be an investigation.

Then the entire Europe should have called for sanctions against the United States and that phony war, that has brought terrorism to countries that never were a target of terrorism! And why? Because they backed up the U.S. whether it was by choice or grudgingly so the entire middle east would not retaliate. The U.S. has stirred up all this crap all over the world by meddling in the affairs of other nations all the time, to pressure them for profit earning. Whether it is a sanctimonious claim of friendship (=billions in weapon sales, with high interest rate), or the pretentious florence-nightingale syndrome pretending to help others, the attacks were simply the result of political meddling.

Yeez... everything is always one-sided for america.

Nautiating.

Yet Qadaffi, leader of a government KNOWN to have sponsored the mass murder of Americans was allowed to remain in power while a man who did NOTHING to America was deposed. I see a lot wrong with that picture.

Welcome to the world that we live in. Oil makes this global economy go 'round. Get in where you fit in, or die. (Or turn into a crunchy granola liberal tree hugger with unrealistic visions of green utopia. I'm not sure which is worse).

Unfortunately, this happens to be one of the less despicable things done for oil.

Well, the US went into Iraq for the same reason.
What's the difference?

You can't point the finger when you're doing the same thing.

Hilarious! Obama has made alternative energy and reducing our reliance on foreign oil, the centerpiece of his administration. So he must have been secretly involved in a plot to offend the entire nation by releasing a terrorist in exchange for the very substance he's trying to get us away from.

Do you have any idea how unfathomably ridiculous you sound?

Schumer is a hack politico who watches the polls, then he's "shocked, just shocked".

On the one hand I agree it's just not credible the British Government didn't give Obama a heads-up, on the other hand British-American relations aren't at a peak under Obama; possibly he wasn't informed. (And with his current castration of the CIA, maybe he's not getting accurate daily intel) Maybe this contributed to Obama's anger at Megrahi's release.

But like it or not, this is petroleum politics, and this country has ties with some nasty people. IMHO Britain has a right to look out for its own welfare.

Is he calling for sanctions against Saudi Arabia? Saudi Money financed 911.
Is he calling for sanctions against Israel? Israel attempted to sing a US Naval ship killing more than a few US Sailors.
Is he calling for sanctions against Mexico?
My point being that just about everybody has double crossed the USA at some point.
