I read the other day on Huffington post a long article about the entertwining between General Electric and the Obama adminstration. MSNBC is a division of GE and clearly very supportive (one could argue verging on pro-obama propaganda)
Then there are the reports I have seen suggesting that Obama has gotten agreements in secret from the insurance industry on the healthcare plan. the industry is spending millions in support of the plan but no one knows exactly what Obama's team conceeded to, to get their agreement.
We could talk about TARP and the relationship between the goverment and the banking industry, the Car industry..etc.
There are certainly other areas where clearly you Obama doesnt fit the term "Facist" but there are areas of deep concern... I would think even the most liberal among us would be concerned about the role the healthcare insurance companies are playing right now....
Oh, no doubt there is a lot going on behind the scenes and deals taking place...they have to. That's the point, Insurance companies are, unfortunately, so powerful that no health care plan will not go forth without their involvement.
However, SOMETHING is needed to change the economy, get Americans affordable health care, eliminate Insurance Company Death Panels, stop bankruptcy due to medical bills (which in turn contributes to home foreclosure which harms everyone), allow humans with pre-existing conditions to get insurance, ....THOSE things are of great concern and liberals and Democrats are fighting for them and Republicans like Bachmann and other lying and/or mis-informed people are fighting against them which is PRO-Corporations which is Fascist.

That study you link to does not suggest that Carbon Dioxide in the atomosphere (What Bachmann is talking about) is harmful.
It talks about a condition caused by desiesed lungs. Shame on you for that.
There is no study that proves CO2 is in fact harmful. What we have is a theory that CO2 traps heat and thus as the amount of CO2 goes up, the hotter the planet will be.
We have some models tha predict more warming based on theoretical data and we have less than 200 years of data on earth tempratures but we do not have any study that defenitively links a causal relationship between Earth temp. and CO2 levels.
It is all theory. That is what Bachman was talking about.
