According to Judge Andrew Napalotano, the Government cannot deny coverage to illegals, if it provides coverage to others.
This thread was moved, who know why, by moderators (apparently) to a totally unrelated thread.
Napalotano is a Constitutional Attorney, and he says that the government cannot descriminate. If it provedes coverage for one class, it must provide for all.
The Supreme Court refused to hear a challenge to a CA proposition that granted coverage to illegals. Thus, Napalotano says, illegals are covered under the Obama plan, no matter what he says.
Maybe if you post a few more threads like this then the people just reading thread titles will take this lie seriously.

This isn't a lie. Napalotano is a Constitutional Attorney with impeccable credentials. He was merely commenting on Obama's statement that his plan did not cover illegals. Napalotoano said that the Supreme Court has already ruled (because they refused to hear the case), based on a California propsition that illegals must be covered. He said that Obama should know this.

Judge Napalotano is indeed a constitutional lawyer with impeccable credentials, he even opposed Bush on things like the Patriot Act because he believes it violated the Constitution..
I have been looking on the internet and I can't find any Napolitano statements that refute was the president said. However, I did find couple of message board posts.
