How could people possibly have a problem with this?

The fact that this is being posted as a negative spin is just really sad. Seriously, don't some of you have better things to do? It was an off-record remark. Off record means just that. In the legal world, if something is made off record, it's not for public knowledge. Repeating something off record is tantamount to breaching confidentiality. It's not the same as what that California lawmaker did -- if my memory serves me right he didn't realize that he was being recorded/taped and the media found out about it because of that. Nothing 'off record' there.

Good for Obama to call out a fool. Kanye West scored major d*** points for his actions -- just when you think he couldn't top himself. As for being Presidential, come on, Obama was very real in his reaction. He vocalized what so many of us were thinking about Kanye West, and big deal?

I think that Bush comment to the blind man was pretty funny, too.

There is an endless supply of things to bash Obama on but this clearly is not one of them.

Its nice to see Obama agreeing with me. I'm glad he didn't say the MTV judges "acted stupidly."

Given all the ludicrous, psuedo outrage at anything the POTUS does or says, I don't believe the problem is with what the POTUS said but something more subtle that the posters will deny to the death.
