They are archiving comments left on their facebook/twitter pages.

If I leave a comment on someones facebook page, I'm expecting they now have that comment to do what they want with.

My concern would be that an innocent comment, stored for a long time, would be taken out of context and used against an individual if the purpose suited whatever agency needed it.

If someone writes, "I hate ----insert politician here----" simply because they are opposed to that individual's view points, could it come back to haunt them if 6 years down the road something happened to the politician?

It gives a whole new twist to freedom of speech.
