Who listens to Jimmy Carter, the worst President, Mr Misery Index? Who is more skilled in economic malaise and disaster than Jimmy Carter? And he's bringing up race? Now that economic misery is engulfing America, Jimmy Carter spouts the same ignorance and stupidity that marked his own Presidency. Jimmy Carter, the Anti-Semite, speaking of racism? Laughable at best. BTW, the ONLY KKK memeber who ever served in Congress was a DEMOCRAT! So how dare he even go after Rep Wilson? I take absoluetely nothing seriously from Carter. SHut your mouth and build your houses.
Racism exists. Because of Leftists use it every chance they can in baiting for hate.
Check the Poll that is bouncing around this forum. A very small percentage of people in here think politics against Obama is based on racism.
Get real and stop your childish race baiting. In the end, it will hurt your Leftist Party. Average Americans are getting very tired of being called a racist everytime they disagree with Obama.
The problem is that you think that anyone who doesn't subscribe to the current GOP ideology is a "leftist." The truth of the matter is that the GOP has become so extremist and fanatical that it is at the brink of extinction as normal people are saying, "you're messed up and we don't want anything to do with you." Dance around this all you want, but normal people (or "average" Americans, as you called them) are tired of being used as tools. And by the way, you say that "Average Americans are getting very tired of being called a racist everytime they disagree with Obama". Conversely, "Average Americans" are also tired of being called "socialists, communists, fascists, every time they agree with Obama and want progress and change. Think on that for a while before you respond. The majority of Americans elected Obama and yet are being told that they are full of sh*t for electing him and that through yelling and screaming they are going to change the democratic process and the results of the last election.
It is time for our country to get past racism, but honestly ProudCapMarine, did you see some of those signs at the 9-12 march? There is no way that anyone can look at those signs, read them, and deny that racism is not involved. There is much more involved: xenophobia, pretty much encompasses it. I saw in those signs, religious, racial, ethnic hatred, etc.
And for the love of all that is good, can they learn how to spell? "Diapers" on one of the signs was spelled, "Dipers". Please. It is disturbing. Is English a second language for some of these people?
Any white person in this country who denies there is racism on the part of some whites towards Obama is either ignorant or lying. And frankly, I can't believe anyone is that ignorant.
Saying this is so is not racism towards whites. That is a positively ridiculous charge and corrupts the meaning of the word "racism".

It's called delaing from the bottom of the deck, it's all they have. And it's laughable, really.
Yeah, it's all they have...uh, DUH, except for da White House and Congress and soon the Supreme Court...uh...yeah, that's all they have...it is laughable, and I have been laughing since we got your pinhead village idiot out of office with his cronies. BAM.

That's almost as good as telling us how violent and dangerous those pro life activists are.
Any other ridiculous, ass-backward statements you'd like to project upon 'the left'?
Actually you are correct. The Left just wants to take the opportunity of a lifetime and trash it away via the greatest campaign of stupidity and suicide in history.
Typical response to reading something too close for comfort.
Her post was spot-on.
IMO, the labeling from both sides is unnecessary and childish. The 'us vs. them' mentality is getting us NOWHERE.
