I am not sure where you are from so i am not sure why you have not seen people of different races before.

I'm 1.negroid and 3.European descent and my wife is 3.European descent so I guess that makes us an interacial couple. We are both American and after almost 20yrs of marriage race has not made a difference infact I really never thought about it.

Interesting question!
I'm Asian and my husband is English/Irish. That is an interracial marriage. The list you (original poster) had I actually had to think about for a minute! Someone already answered it and I pretty much agree.

Hey Alpha...you may want me to take this back over to the Religion forum, but, in One Blood by Ken Ham, Carl Wieland, & Don Batten, here's a paragraph:
True science in the present fits with the biblical view that all people are rather closely related—there is only one ‘race’ biologically. Therefore, there is in essence no such thing as ‘interracial marriage.’ So we are left with this—is there anything in the Bible that speaks clearly against men and women from different people groups marrying?
They go on to say, following further discussion:
According to the Bible, the priority in marriage is that a Christian should marry only a Christian.

I like Ken Ham a lot. Hope to see him in person sometime and urge you too as well. Thanks for the input, I like those thoughts.

Over the past couple years I've heard so many strange stories about DNA test takers assuming they're 100% Indo-European/Native American/South Asian/African and find out they're 15% or 20% of another race, that I just had to test it myself. My mother got tested a couple years ago and was 100% Indo-European, so now my father (how is medium skin tone Hispanic) and I are waiting to get tested.
It's completely true that the color of your skin doesn't necessarily designate your race.

I remember learning somewhere that race is really just our skins' (and hair and whatever part of the body you want to put here!) adaptation to the sun and climate.
