I'm open to the ideal . if done in a fair and equal way that would work for both sides. just a thought. In 50 yrs since the end of segregation we're still going at eachother.

We do not need a racist on the Supreme Court of all places and a very few racist may be against the president for the reason but the majority of America is against hussein obama because of his background and policies.
I am positive if you go through thread after thread it is left wingers who always bring up race. They have been riding on the backs of blacks for many years to push their agendas.
I never think hussein obama=black man. I think hussein obama=friends with communists, socialist, racists, eugenisist, marxists, socialists, America haters, and a liar. His race is irrelevent.
Everybody needs to call your elected reps and DEMAND Federal Hate Crime charges against this racist conservative! The fact is (and I DO live in Georgia- this man will not spend a DAY in jail unless Federal charges are bought. In fact most of the locals down there probably approve of what he did which is why they did not interfere as she was stomped, kicked, called "dirty n***r" in front of her kid. Call the FBI too and DEMAND civil rights charges!!!
I grew up in Georgia, unfortunately that was many many moons ago. I do know how it is there. I had hoped they had moved past that. I certainly hope he is detained and beaten every day for a thousand years. I have no tolerance for anyone that is a racist or a woman beater. I do not care if they are black, white, yellow, purple, pink with little green hearts on them. They are cowards and need a good arse kicking or 10,000.
It was irrational and we do have 'that kind' of people in the state of GA, many have moved from other areas but I won't deny that lifelong residents of the state of GA could/might/would behave badly at times.
I am a woman and have at times made a remark that seemed to annoy a male--so far never to that degree. If the woman spoke with the authority that I would assume a member of the military might posess then that might be enough to set a guy who was already in a foul mood off. I don't condone or excuse this sort of interaction but have unwittingly done the same on occasion.
One morning I was walking my dog and stopped for a line of cars to enter a school parking lot. One man wanted me to proceed and I shook my head, 'No, I'll wait'. He yelled at me and blew his horn and I just stared at him. We were of the same race, FWIW.
There have been other similarly perplexing moments--sometimes I know I have been guilty of responding too intensely--mainly after some bad traffic and sometimes the other person seems to have also had a bad experience elsewhere.
The individual at fault will face legal consequences. If he hasn't done this sort of thing before then I hope this will convince him not to do it again.
The media bias will be the black attacking the white kid will get little to no coverage and the white that attacked the black will have non-stop coverage.

Hey are you going to be calling demanding hate crimes be charged against the black that just beat the white kid on the bus? We know all the other black kids on that bus was cheering. I guess they approved.
I doubt it. Most every crime has hate behind it.
This is, of course, right. But we all know that the term "hate crime" is very specific. The victim must be "ethnic" in some way, otherwise charges of hate crime go nowhere.
I have not seen anyone say Racism is dead in this country. It is still alive on both sides in my honest opinion. Until people get over whatever it is that bothers them, it will always remain. I certainly hope that more and more people will start to view the world as actions rather than color. Unfortunately we are not there yet.

I dont want to detract from the fact that this is wrong on so many levels, and the fact that kevk still has to answer for his misleading and blatantly wrong title. However the one thing that jumps out at me is could this be an argument for women not serving in the military? She could not defend herself let alone her daughter, I know , I know, I'm just sayin................
