Personally i dont understand how 2 people can be beaten and one victims attacker will get 10 years more jail time than the other victims attacker simply because the motive in one instance was hate.
Hate as a motive is no more damaging to a person than greed. the victim is harmed and deserves justice regardless of the motive.
