Scroll down and take a look at the vicious signs against President Bush. Where was the outrage against them and the protesters that held them. Where was the outrage for all the hanging ones or the Bush burning display?
The left is screaming about a few signs and look what they did for yrs when Bush was President.

Death Threats Against Bush at Protests Ignored for Years

Posted Wed, Aug 19, 2009 at 9:13 am 158 Comments

On Wednesday, August 12, a man holding a sign that said “Death to Obama” at a town hall meeting in Maryland was detained and turned over to the Secret Service for questioning, which is pursuing an investigation into charging him with threatening the president.

Bush was threatened frequently — but no arrests But the story of this arrest got me to thinking: Why was no one ever arrested for threatening President Bush at protests, when they displayed signs in public that called for his death?
Many readers may naively think, “The answer is obvious: no protester was ever arrested for threatening Bush at a protest because no one ever threatened him at a protest. Who would be that stupid? I certainly never heard of any such threats.”

People were arrested for threatening Bush.

People were searched and detained simply for wearing Kerry T-Shirts to one of his events.

It's never acceptable to threaten to kill the President.

This post is like verbal diarrhea, you just spewed it out without even doing a simple Google search to see if anyone was ever arrested for threatening Bush.

Who knows if they were arrested? I don't even know what events those pictures came from. I certainly know that not every Obama dissenter is arrested, can we agree on that? They're certainly giving them a lot of leeway with the open carry, aren't they?

Here's the cite for the Kerry T-shirt arrests

Here's the cite for someone being arrested for threatening Bush

I just posted them. The Kerry T-Shirt arrest was kind of a big news story at the time, I'm surprised no one remembers it.

You could have found them with a simple google search.

Here are some more people who were arrested:

Again, how do I even know where these protests took place, and has everyone carrying a threatening Obama sign been arrested? Nope.

Again, it's never acceptable to threaten to life of the President, be it Bush or Obama.

It is immature to resort to these tactics, regardless of your side. If the idea of this thread is to find an excuse and condone hatred towards Obama, then we're still talking about immaturity.

Besides, whatever happened to the term "values"? Especially among those love to claim it?

If someone were to post a picture with Obama in crosshairs along with the caption "I have a dream" (which is much more indirect than the signs pictured above), you'd see 5,000 Obamatrons sending to Homeland Insecurity in a NY minute.
