Well as far as Rangel goes? His tax evasion should qualify.

Pelosi - You cannot impeach for reasons of gullibility and stupidity.

Wrangle - Needs to see federal punishments for purposeful tax evasion, and he needs to be censured.

There is a saying about counting ones chickens before they hatch. But I will play along, on what legal grounds would they be empeached?

i don't know that rangel should be indicted, but he certainly should be in jail. he has committed fraud by not reporting his income on the rental in the dominican republic, his "free" unreported parking space, and his takeover of 4 rent controlled apartments in harlem. he is a flat out crook and sadly responsible for writing the tax laws. i did see where he is spreading the wealth as the investigation continues:

i think that if people are disgusted (instead of indictments) they need to go out and vote on election day. if you are unhappy with the direction of this country, voting is the best way to display your objection. if bush wasn't indicted, obama won't be indicted either, although he might not win reelection. hopefully, as americans realize what is going on they will decide to throw the crooks out of office, ALL OF THEM!
