I really enjoy how he plays games with words. My brain hurt after listening to the nonsensical double speak.

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but you MUST pay taxes.

on the back of our tax forms it says that paying taxes are voluntary. What a joke.

That wasn't the central theme of this thread. Since you and I are both aware, perhaps we could make a road trip to Nevada, sit down with Reid, and make he understands this as well? He thinks it's voluntary. Best set him straight.

Voluntary depending on how you interpret it of course. It's like saying not voting for Stalin was voluntary, as long as you enjoy much cooler climates and LOTS of hard work under the sun.

I haven't read anything on it, in a while but I wonder what happened to that group of people who *opted* out of taxes etc.....??

It all depends on how large, well armed, and dangerous/committed the group is. The IRS is very clever and will not send law enforcement if they believe it will cause another Waco and a domino effect of more income tax non-payers, especially if several FBI and sheriffs are killed trying to enforce the system. Best to leave well enough alone sometimes and eat the cost.

Harry would be well advised to begin making plans for after the mid-term elections. He won't be going back to the Senate.

I don't know about that. I'd certainly like to see it, but he's a Nevada native who's pretty well liked. I think it'll be tough to replace him (but I'll be doing my part!).

More proof that Harry Reid is a disingenuous fool.
