Dodd and Barney Frank wanted to make sure that banks would lend money to every one...nice thought, everybody needed to have a chance to buy their dream home.
We all have seen what happened with all the foreclosures around us. people lied on their applications, appraisers, realtors couldn't care if the potential buyers could afford it and all together people bought above their means.

Now they feel they are entitled to everything, even selling everything in their home on Graigslist...A/C, toilets, sinks, etc...
They aren't even ashamed of it and to me they are thieves and should be punished as thieves.

Yesterday on "Operation Repo' they showed a car that was reposed at a construction side...the person who didn't paid the lease company tried with cursing and force to keep the car where it was, when he didn't succeeded he ordered another construction worker to damage the car with a construction machinery...and the car ended up to be a complete wreck...first the roof was completely taken off.....so in the eyes of these scumbags, when they don't pay they think they are entitled to damage other peoples property!

I couldn't care who is in the government...Dem., Rep., independents....to me know more bailouts, no bigger government because the results we are seeing is that people aren't appreciating and keeping their part to which they are responsible for...but they show the worst...

So if government is staying out peoples business only people who can afford it will be able to buy stuff and the rest needs to start getting off their butt and work to get stuff, maybe they will appreciate it when they succeed.
it has been proven that giving loans to these people and hoping they would take care off stuff, hasn't worked.

Does any one really think it will be different with health care?
Already Cash for Clunkers has had the first people defaulting on their ins...because people didn't realize that with a new car comes higher ins. premiums!

Stupid people will behave stupidly. This has nothing to do with government.
If you ever listen to some of the right wing talk shows, you'd hear that every second commercial is for debt relief of people who are thousands of dollars in the hole. Obviously, many people can't even manage their personal finances.

Irony ...

Stupid is as stupid does.

As long as stupid Americans keep voting for stupid Americans ... stupidity will rule the day.

Our Congress is a mirror reflection of that fact.
