Update:

Quote:
Jerry Weaver of Fairfield, Ohio, told The Associated Press the man had been gagged and his hands and feet were bound with duct tape.
Weaver said Friday he was certain from the gruesome scene that 51-year-old Bill Sparkman was killed deliberately.
"He was murdered," Weaver said. "There's no doubt."
Weaver said he was in rural Clay County, Ky., for a family reunion and was visiting some family graves at the cemetery on Sept. 12 along with his wife and daughter when they saw the body.
"The only thing he had on was a pair of socks," Weaver said. "And they had duct-taped his hands, his wrists. He had duct tape over his eyes, and they gagged him with a red rag or something."

Family cemetery visit led to hanged census worker

well i'm sure the guy who found the body doesn't know as much about the subject as tomdot does. after all, most suicides tie themselves up, blindfold and gag themselves before hanging themselves.

I think it is entirely too dangerous to be sending Census takers into Red Districts. Just give them a zero

It's not a red versus blue thing here. Most "red" areas are perfectly safe for census and other federal workers. The area he was in was flat out dangerous.

really, it's too early to pass judgment; they're not even sure it's not a suicide. but still, if it is what it looks like, that's pretty scary.
His hands and ankles were bound with duct tape, his Census badge was taped to his shirt, and FED was written across (his chest?) in black magic marker. You really think that's a suicide?

Sounds like scared little rabbits who were so stupid they believed REPUBLICAN Representative Michelle(Mrs. Joe McCarthy) Bachmann::

(Warning : Dangerous Anti-American Republican Alert!)

Bachmann’s Latest Irrational Fear About The Census: It Was Used To Intern The Japanese
Last week, Rep. Michele “I’m not a kook” Bachmann (R-MN) boasted about breaking the law in refusing to complete the 2010 Census. The Census is the perfect boogeyman for Bachmann in that it unites her conspiracy theories about the Obama administration with her monomaniacal determination to crush the community organizing group ACORN, which is one of over 30,000 partner organizations helping to promote the 2010 Census among the people it reaches.
On Fox News this morning, Bachmann repeated her determination to break the law. She also suggested that the Obama administration could use the Census data for nefarious purposes — including the imprisonment of Americans in concentration camps

Minnesota Independent: News. Politics. Media. » Bachmann wants Minnesotans ‘armed and dangerous’ against Obama energy policy

Good grief, you guys! That post was from three days ago. At that time, we didn't have this information.
