We Filipinos were occupied by the conquering spaniards for almost 300 hundreds years and was sold a pack of lies when the americans mislead our natives in liberating us, the end result was 1.4million Filipinos died in the Philippine/american war. Eventually granted independence when we bled for them in the WWII after 45 yrs of deception. And only now with a Black American president granted those Filipino WWII vets full military benefits equal to their american counterparts.
And you nomads think the world should pause and bleed hearts for you??

If not it's irrelevant to any political discussion of dealings between nations.
