Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Greg Walden, move to discharge the Committee on Rules from the consideration of the resolution (H. Res. 554) entitled, a resolution amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require that legislation and conference reports be available on the Internet for 72 hours before consideration by the House, and for other purposes; which was referred to said committee on June 17, 2009, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
