Default Illegal aliens Sue Hospital Over Clinic Closure!

"Grady Memorial Hospital is facing a lawsuit by illegal immigrants demanding free dialysis care. "Bernard Taylor, a lawyer for Grady, told the judge that the charity hospital can no longer afford to provide regular dialysis treatment for the slightly fewer than 100 patients of the clinic,"

This should really tick tax payers off!! I can tell you that illegal immigrants in El Paso use the emergency rooms in El Paso for dialysis on a routine basis. They skip dialysis for two or more weeks at a time and then show up so ill they must be treated on the taxpayers dime. Why on earth did this hospital ever begin a dialysis clinic that existed to dialyze illegal immigrants in the first place? The fact that they set the precedent may leave them vulnerable in my lay person opinion.

So, did they just identify themselves for deportation?

Seems like they are suffering mental complications, you don't have legal standing to sue if you are breaking the law to be in the country to sue.

This is sad. Someone is going to end up dead because they won't go home for care and there won't be anyone here to treat them.

Nobody is stopping them from going home. In fact they should be forced to go home since they are here illegally. Nothing sad.

Taxpayers living in Las Vegas are on the hook for 24 million bucks a year to provide "free dialysis care" to illegal aliens.

You can't be serious!!! This is outragious and lawyers help to sue for this....go back to your own country and get treatment there! Where do they stay in between and where do they live of...are they criminals? Yes, first because entering illegally is, but second maybe they are felons for other reasons...

Let them go back and apply like we did years ago...We had background checks, paid huge fees to get here...let them do the same!
