How will that be prevented? Wishful thinking?

We will have to wait until they draft a bill and put it on the net so folks can read it.
Until then, anything said or assumed is mere speculation/hope/wishes.

The goal of Democrats is to:

1) Pass healthcare reform with a public option or the semantical contortion equivalent "health care cooperative."

Footnote: Obama has stated that the public option/cooperative will be functional in approximately 4 years.

2) Comprehensive immigration reform could include a provision to make those that are already here, legal.

Footnote: The goal is to have that completed before the 4 year health care reform timeline has expired.

What do you get? Healthcare for illegal aliens.

The logical folks in this nation see it clear as day.

They're not going to post the bill before they vote on it. The panel's Dem majority voted down posting the bill so that the committee could read it before they vote, and so that the public could see what the committee was voting on.

"The panel, which has a 13-10 Democratic majority, rejected a Republican effort to delay a final committee vote until the bill could be put into legal language and posted on the Internet, and budget experts could estimate its full cost."

I'm not talking "committee" vote. I know committee bills are just that. I also know committee bills are not the final ones either.
