Yes, disperse if ordered or suffer the consequences. Laws mean nothing if not enforced.

THEY HAD NOWHERE TO DISPERSE TO. THEY WERE TRAPPED IN THE STAIRWELL BY THE POLICE.

they were being told by police on both ends of the stairwell to disperse. they tried to leave at the bottom and got teargassed, then ran back up to the top and got teargassed by the cops on that end. they were telling the police that they were being blocked on both ends but the police would not listen to them.

And if that law is unconstitutional???

Or the police are acting illegally?

if they are stupid enough to go there and then stay after the police tells them to leave, then they get what they get
