Many people in the USA do not think too highly of Hugo Chavez. And politicians in the US Government are always slamming him and speaking badly of him.

So I must ask. What specifically is so bad about the guy? What exactly is the reason that we should hate him?

And Chavez Silences Media Outlet Critics

Plus they were financing FARC: source.

Rocket launchers Sweden sold to Chavez found at FARC base

He's a totalitarian. He keeps making reforms to increase his power and prolong his presidential term(which is quite common in Latin America)

People don't like him for many reasons. He stood up to US arrogance, so many Americans found that irritating. He blasted Bush, and Condi Rice, to my delight. He's having an alliance with Russia, and some people just can't wrap their tiny brains around that one.
I think he banned Halloween, and if so, I am unhappy that he did. IF he did. Other than that, I have no complaints about Chavez. He's far away. Bush is still in Texas, and who knows where skeletor, and helmet head are.

President Zero is getting pointers from this cool Venezuelan guy. Sean Penn will be bribing Zero's czars to get USA green cards for all of Hugo's relatives escaping to the USA that want them. Zero will make certain that they're all going to get free health care too, compliments of all those silly conservatives who still think self-responsibility is in vogue.

You tell 'em Boompa! How dare those Americans working for oil companies to make a living for themselves. Don't they know that they can get free stuff thru President Zero's confiscation of working peoples' savings accounts?
