Domestic violence would be even worse if the victims could drop the cases.

Yes some girls look older than they are. This girl was 13 and was drugged and sodomized. I am sure she was not a seasoned 13 year old girl looking for anal sex.

Billionaires and the politically connected get a total pass because they have money and connections.

Bill Clinton friend Jeffrey Epstein for example.

The one weird court case linking Trump, Clinton, and a billionaire pedophile

If you or I tied such a thing we would be ruined; registered sex offenders for life sentenced to 10 years in prison where we would be beaten up daily by the criminal mob.

Equal justice my ass!

Of course he should go to jail, just like Cosby should go to jail.
While I'll support your Cosby statement if/when he gets convicted, Polanski is a convicted sexual predator who has been evading justice for decades. Like it or not, Cosby just has allegations against him.

I did not know that, and the thread title is false.

Not exactly. There was a mistrial, but the state says its going to retry. For the record, I think Cosby is guilty as sin (just like I think OJ did it). But, unlike those two, Polanski was actually convicted of the crimes he was charged with.
