People will buy it just to delight in tearing her apart on the subways, and by the water coolers. Maybe the pages will have lots of moose blood on them, and the lucky people will find one of Sarah's HAIRS !
There's also a huge market for "Snuff Films" which shows that there are fans of every weird and senseless thing that can be marketed. Palins book will not stand the test of time and will be in the bargain bin in short order. Anything about her of any interest has already been printed in the tabloids.
Funny. She gets so many requests to speak, that she is having to turn a large amount of requests down.
I think you will be proven wrong rather quickly. If what you say is correct, nobody would be buying her book before it is even printed. That is something that doesn't happen often.
Perhaps you don't care about what Palin has to say. But you're not representative of most of America. You belong to a small minority.
I love hearing Palin speak. She is sooooo right on!
"Writing a book" has been a standard dodge to collect otherwise illegal political donations for years. The lobbyist firms in DC buy those books by the caseload. Most are never opened.
she didnt write her own speeches, so i bet she didnt write the book either
Palin No Longer Writing Her Own Script
It's already been pointed out by several others that Sarah Palin has a new ghostwriter on staff and that she is clearly not the auteur of her most recent scribbles on Facebook and most certainly not the primary author of her op-ed yesterday in the Wall Street Journal.
It shouldn't surprise anyone that the ghostwriter she hired is every bit as big a kook as Palin. It is Lynn Vincent -- a right-wing fundamentalist creationist with known ties to the white supremacist movement.
Palin's publisher says "she resigned as governor to really devote herself full-time to writing the book," says Tina Andreadis, a spokeswoman for HarperCollins. "That's really all that there is."
LOL I edited that comment because the rest of the words were just fillers - you know like when you added a bunch of adjectives to make your 2.5 page essay 3 full pages
I think it's great that she has a book;if Vanna White can sell a book about turning letters than Sarah Palin should be able to write a book about whatever it is she does.
