This is how these liberals think
Totally ridiculous, this congress is opening all the doors for illegals and in the same breathe destroying America with their horrible economic policies.
So now what did they do?
Senate Finance Committee Democrats rejected a proposed a requirement that immigrants prove their identity with photo identification when signing up for federal healthcare programs.
Senators turn back ID requirement for immigrant healthcare - The Hill's Blog Briefing Room
So whos side are these people on anyway?
Obama and many dems have stated they are not for illegal criminals getting any heath care, now they turn around and found a loophole for the criminal to get free health care on us taxpayers.
People should not forget things like this come election time.
Finance Committee ranking member Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said that current law and the healthcare bill under consideration are too lax and leave the door open to illegal immigrants defrauding the government using false or stolen identities to obtain benefits.

But Obama said illegals would not be able to get in on this.
So if they don't put in the language that would be a veto by the President...right ?

How is it to be known that someone wanting to register for govenment run health care is an illegal immigrant to start with?
So do you all don't mind at all when applying for something government related that you should be required to show some form of proof or ID that shows you're an American citizen? But even then you still have the problem of illegal immigrants using fake proof.

From the OP's link:
The bill, authored by committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-Mont.), would require applicants to verify their names, places of birth and Social Security numbers.

If George Bush had stood up and said he was denying Mexicans any U.S. govt program then the Mexicans would have been rioting in the streets. Dems would have been on every tv in America calling republicans racists.
Obama says he is denying them coverage (letting them die in the streets) and not a peep from the Mexicans?
Could it be that guy from South Carolina was correct?

How do you know what the Mexicans would have done had Bush denied them coverage? Did you consult your ouija board or something?

Yes the man from SC was totally correct.
They wont take the proper measure to force a way to keep illegals from screwing us all over.
Just shows exactly how they think. They wont even discuss ways to keep illegals from getting HC, proving that Obama did in fact lie.
You have to realize, if this bill passes and there is no protection from illegals getting HC then Obama and the dems will just let it slide away and say nothing, just like they always do.

Well everyone called George Bush a racist for everything he did.
And anytime I see a republican say they think we should only teach English in schools or something like that they are called racists.
Anyway, Republicans are accused of wanting to deny care and letting people die in the streets.
Obama says as a matter of fact he will deny care and nobody says a thing?
Plus, Mexicans always protest when they don't get their way. But they didn't this time.
I think they should get care if we are going to have it. The quicker it goes broke the better.

Can't buy beer without a photo ID.
