I would think he'd choose US troops and let healthcare slide til next year.
Healthcare has been broke for this long..let it go a few more months.
If the US military needs more troops to stay safe, that should be the top concern.

It has already been "weeks" since August 30th.
If Obama cannot make a decision to send more troops, he needs to bring them all home. He is not fit to be Commander in Chief.

I agree. If they are over there, President Obama needs to listen to people who know what is going on. I also agree with him not being fit for Commander in Chief. Lots of us have known this form the beginning (and at least a year before).

Leads to the inevitable question, "Why did Bush dawdle around for over 7 years instead of settling the issue?"

I guess you have learned the Oba mao method of not taking the blame for anything. Just blame Bush and let it ride.

Bush didn't dawdle. He was always there for the troops. Obama has "bigger fish to fry" like getting the Olympics for Chicago. He disgusts me.

I thought he had a strategy formulated way back during the campaign?

What's changed? There are still people shooting at our boys now like they were back during the days of grandiose lies and half-truths. (ie. The Yes We Can('t) Tour of 2008)

Could it be that he just has no clue what he's doing?

Only a Republican would think it a bad thing that the President takes time to plan a strategy. To really think it out well. W did not have an exit strategy for Iraq because he did not PLAN well.
