Hey, for what it's worth, we've been working alot of hours, including Saturdays because of the Cash for Clunkers deal. That means more disposable income to help with an already anemic economy.
Don't worry, I'm sure inevitable tax increases will take care of your extra disposible income.

Meanwhile I will get the tax increase too, but I also took a pay cut this year and can't afford that new car anymore. It's a good thing old Toyotas last for ever.

Who really didnt see this coming.

I could probably find multiple posts of mine saying why the cash for clunkers would fail for this reason, and the crazy libs and the WH still defended this.

Dems are done in 2010

Wow, getting chippy, are we?

("Playa-haters in the house, if you see 'em, point 'em out!")

FWIW -- There's been a recall on your Toyota with the floormats possibly sticking to the gas pedal. Be on the look-out...

fwiw I'll, along with virtually every US worker, will be spending more of my income to pay off the cash for clunkers deal and debt interest which means less disposable income to help with an already anemic economy. But then I don't have that Harvard edumencation.

It's the "I got mine" mentality that's a hallmark of lib thinking. Obamacare, SS, clunkers, whatever. Give it to me now and let others pay the bill back later. It is the new American way.
