I know what you mean. I'm beginning to wish we had a REAL leader in the White House instead of a globetrotting, late-night wannabe celebrity. As sorry a president as was Jimmah Cartah,...he's beginning to look good in comparison to Mr. Narcissist.

At the end of last year, Montreal finished paying off its debt from the 1976 Olympics. It only took 32 years! Did Chicago really need something like that? Rio de Janeiro wanted the Olympics so badly, let 'em have it! Nobody in the United States should complain.

Money grows on trees in obamanation;

Obama's Copenhagen trip wasn't cheap - Friday, Oct. 2, 2009 | 3:47 p.m. - Las Vegas Sun

Quote:
Taxpayers shelled out probably $1 million or more for the president, his wife and others to fly to Copenhagen and back to woo members of the International Olympic Committee.

A 2006 congressional study pegged the cost of flying Air Force One at $56,518 an hour. The Pentagon recently said it cost $100,219 an hour to fly the huge, reconfigured Boeing 747 without Obama aboard.

At those rates, the president's 14-hour trip to Copenhagen and back cost about $790,000 to $1.4 million.

Ah, is this really a surprise? Let's take a look a B. Hussein Obama's diplomacy skills over the last nine months:

3/5/09 - Obama insults Great Britain (one of our FEW allies remaining in this twisted world) PM Gordon Brown:

Hot Air » Blog Archive » Obama the Cheapskate: 25 DVDs for Gordon Brown?

3/29/09 - Obama snubs French President Jacques Chirac, wants to work with predecessor "psycho" Sarkozy (I can see those two, Sarkozy and Obama, as pals):

Foreign Policy: why is Obama writing to Jacques Chirac?

Or. how about his lackey Billary Clinton working with some seriously deficient linguists:

Hillary Clinton Gives Russia The Button - Hillary Clinton - Gawker

To those who voted for Obama - your "chosen one" just p*ssed away about $1 billion in revenue for Chicago and the rest of this nation with his arrogant, elitist rhetoric. Way to go!
